SHIPPING & RETURNS
The delivery time for orders on business days to Spain (Peninsula) is 1 to 3 days.
The delivery time for orders in the Balearic and Canary Islands is 2-4 days.
In any case, we will always try to shorten shipping times as much as possible to ensure quick and efficient receipt of your orders.
The delivery time for orders with international shipping is 10 business days.
*For the above purposes, working days will be understood as all days of the week (Monday to Friday) excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
*The above deadlines are not valid in emergency or catastrophic situations.
*During discount periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.
The transport company will try to deliver the package to its destination. If this is not successful, they will call the customer to agree on a second delivery date. The expenses that such modification generates will be assumed in any case by you.
Between August 14-25 and December 15 to January 6, orders may take approximately 10 business days.
We have a delivery address verification system, where the customer must select their correct address. If this has not been done correctly by the client, the seller will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product or service does not take place, because the data provided by the user is false, inaccurate or incomplete. If the order is returned to the factory, the customer will be contacted again for the new shipment. If new shipping costs arise, the customer will assume them.
The delivery will be considered made when the carrier has made the products available to the USER and the USER, or his or her delegate, has signed the delivery receipt document.
• Check your email, you must have received an order tracking number, access it with the tracking link for your order, there you will be able to see all the information on the status of the shipment.
• Access your account at www.valentinariveramadrid.com to check that your delivery address is correct.
• Check if the courier company has left you a notification, it may be that a family member / neighbor has received your order in your absence
You have fourteen days from the date of shipment to return the purchase made at Valentina Rivera.
To make a return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition. If the box is not in good condition, 8 euros will be charged additional of the price of returns.
Products must be in perfect status for accept the returning, tags and accessories must be folded in their original plastic seals.
The quality department will determine if the Valentina Rivera products are in the same conditions as they were sent. These are the options to return your purchase:
• Return from home:
To make a return and request home collection, you can do it sending us an email to info@valentinariveramadrid.com.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, they will be deducted from the refund.
Once the return is requested, you will receive an email confirming that the return has been approved and subsequently another email with the return label, which you will have to print and paste on the package.
The refund will be made once the merchandise is received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the payment method used by the client. The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of fourteen days from the date on which you returned the product.

If you have received a damaged product, in order for us to help you, you must follow the following steps:
1. Contact us, within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from receipt of the order, through our (form) or email info@valentinariveramadrid.com and provide the following information:
• Order number.
• Reason for return.
• Name and photo of the product.
1. In order for us to manage the collection of the product that you have received damaged, you must tell us the time slot in which you would have the most availability, within the hours of 09:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a margin of at least 3 hours.
2. Place your item(s) in its original packaging (or in a similar one if you no longer have it).
3. Close the package so that the product is not exposed or visible and insert the delivery note or, failing that, a piece of paper indicating the "Order XXXXXXXX" number.
4. Once set the pick up, we will send you a reference number, so you can track the shipment.
In case the orden has not been sent, the order change will be made without any cost.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can always return it within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. (Please read the returning conditions and refund conditions)
Please note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Valentina Rivera will communicate the amount of said expenses and the client will accept or not accept said change.
PAYMENT METHODS
We have the following payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, GooglePay, Shop Pay, Union Pay.
All these payment methods are exempt from any commission. Valentina Rivera assumes these costs for her clients.
The website uses information security techniques generally used in the industry, such as SSL, data entered in secure pages, firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of preventing unauthorized access to the data. To achieve these purposes, the user/client accepts that the provider obtains data for the corresponding authentication of access controls.
The PROVIDER undertakes not to allow any transaction that is considered illegal by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank and that may or has the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them.
The sale or offer of a product or service that does not comply with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant or Holder of the card or cards is prohibited under the card brand programs.
Due to the new European PSD2 regulations, you may be required to complete a verification step when paying with a credit or debit card during the checkout process.
There are several methods, but the most common are based on verifying the payment through your bank's application, on your mobile or with a temporary one-time code.
If you have placed an order in our store and want the invoice, send a message to: info@valentinariveramadrid.com or you can contact us through our contact channels. Please send us what information you want to appear on the invoice and we will gladly send it to you as soon as possible.
PROMOTIONS
1) Make sure you have entered the code correctly and clicked on the “Apply” button.
2) Make sure that the purchase you are making meets the conditions of the code (validity date, minimum amount, a specific product, exclusive promotion...)
3) We remind you that you can only use one promotional code per purchase, and promotions cannot be accumulated.
If you still can't get it to work, send us your request and we'll fix it. We would appreciate it if you could include a screenshot of the error that appears so we can fix it as soon as possible.
It is important that you contact us before placing your order, since once placed it will not be possible to apply the promotional code. Remember that we will contact you within 24 business hours.
If you have forgotten to add the promotional code to your order, contact our Customer Service colleagues and they will help you resolve it.
Ouch! Promotions can only be applied while they are in force, if you place your order before or after them, they can no longer be taken advantage of. Sorry!
