This warranty only applies to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product.

The Quality Department will determine whether or not the problem is covered by the Valentina Rivera warranty. If the warranty applies, you will be informed whether the Product will be repaired or replaced.

The repair or replacement will be at the expense of Valentina Rivera, including the costs of returning the repaired or replaced product.

If the Product must be replaced but is not available, Valentina Rivera will consult if it will be replaced by a similar product or if you want to make use of your right of return and refund equivalent to the amount paid.

The price of the products will be as stipulated at all times on our website, www.valentinariveramadrid.com. We reserve the right to modify the prices of the products offered on the website at any time without prior notice.
