RETURNS & EXCHANGES
During sales periods, all products are eligible for our standard return policy unless marked "Final Sale". Our standard return window applies.
RETURNS IN THE U.S., EUROPE & COLOMBIA
We offer returns and exchanges for store credit within 28 days of the delivery date.
All returns must be shipped back in unused condition with the original packaging and dustbag. Prior authorization is required for all returns.
Enjoy complimentary returns for added peace of mind.
Items marked final sale and sample sale are ineligible for return. Gift cards are final sale, and do not expire. All store credit is final.

- Include your order number.
- Let us know which item(s) you would like to return.
If you would like an exchange, simply request it and we will issue your refund as Store Credit.
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return label.
Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after your return has been received at our warehouse.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE
Free gifts are awarded with qualifying purchases. If items from your order are returned and the remaining order no longer meets the qualification criteria, the free gift may also be required to be returned. Final handling may vary based on return circumstances and customer support discretion.
REFUND POLICY
Upon receipt of your return, the item will be processed and a quality check will be done to ensure perfect condition. Please allow 5 business days for the process of your refund, and 3-5 business days for it to appear in your account.
Original shipping, insurance, and duties costs (if any) cannot be refunded, and if you are returning part of a set or applied any quantity discount codes to your order, your return will be adjusted accordingly. Refunds for store credit are final.
International Orders:
At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders outside of Europe, the United States, or Colombia.

ORDER ISSUES
If there is an issue with the item you received, please send an email to info@valentinariveramadrid.com including images of the issue within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Please return any defective items back to us within 30 days of receiving your label for a refund. Any return fees will be waived for incorrect or defective items.
