During sales periods, all products are eligible for our standard return policy unless marked "Final Sale". Our standard return window applies.

RETURNS IN THE U.S., EUROPE & COLOMBIA

We offer free returns within 28 days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped back in unused condition with the original packaging and dustbag. Prior authorization is required for all returns.

Upon return, you may choose between:

• Full refund to your original payment method
• Store credit for use on a future purchase

Items marked final sale and sample sale are ineligible for return. Gift cards are final sale and do not expire.

REFUND POLICY

Upon receipt of your return, the item will be processed and a quality check will be
completed to ensure perfect condition. Please allow 5 business days for processing, and 3–5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account. Your refund will reflect the full amount paid — shipping, duties, and
insurance are always on us. If you are returning part of a set or applied a quantity discount code, your return will be adjusted accordingly.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

Free gifts are awarded with qualifying purchases. If items from your order are returned and the remaining order no longer meets the qualification criteria, the free gift may also be required to be returned. Final handling may vary based on return circumstances and customer support discretion.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If there is an issue with the item you received, please email info@valentinariveramadrid.com
including images of the issue within 3 days of delivery. Please return any defective items within 30 days of receiving your label. Return fees are waived for incorrect or defective items.
