United States

Complimentary Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Please allow additional transit time for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

International Orders

Complimentary Economy International Shipping: 4–10 business days

Kindly enter your shipping address in the official language of your destination country to avoid delays.

SHIPPING PROCESS:

Once your piece leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates. While we carefully select our shipping partners, we are unable to guarantee transit times once your order has been dispatched.

DUTIES & TAXES:

Any applicable customs duties, clearance fees, or import taxes are included in your purchase price — there are no hidden costs upon delivery.

We kindly ask that you review your order details and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS:

If you believe your package has been lost, please email us at info@valentinariveramadrid.com with your order number, and we will gladly assist you.

Please note that Valentina Rivera Madrid is not responsible for packages that have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors or your building concierge if applicable.

PREORDERS:

Items available for pre-order will be clearly marked.

We will always do our best to deliver your piece before the estimated shipping date and will keep you informed of any updates.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.
