Can I ship my gift directly to someone else?
Yes. Simply enter their address as the delivery address at checkout.
Can a gift be exchanged or returned?
Yes. You have 28 calendar days from delivery to request a return, as long as the bag is unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free in Spain, the EU, the United States and Colombia. Email us at info@valentinariveramadrid.com with your order number.
How long does delivery take?
Spain: 2–3 business days
Europe: 4–6 business days
United States: 5–7 business days (Alaska and Hawaii may take longer)
Colombia: 2–10 business days
International: 4–10 business days
If it's for a special date, we recommend ordering ahead: delivery times may be longer during busy periods.
